I just started using this site the other day. The site pays you when you upload a file and people download it. Its fairly simply you just need to find files that people want (Music etc) and then find somewere to post your links where people want the files (Music forums, etc). So far its not to bad im up to about 700 downloads per day for about 15 mins work a day. At the rate im going I should be in the 2-3K downloads per day range in the next couple weeks.
