About Full Surface Records
Full Surface Records is an American record label founded by hip-hop producer Swizz Beatz in 2000. The label operates through Sony BMG, and is primarily distributed by J Records & Interscope; the label, however, has a reputation for releasing material through joint ventures with other companies, outside of the Sony BMG-sect. Full Surface also distributes ThugLine Records, a label founded by Wish Bone and Krayzie Bone (of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony). Recently, Drag-On signed to Full Surface. DMX was about to sign to Full Surface but chose Sony Urban Music instead. The current roster includes: Swizz Beats, Cassidy, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Eve, Drag-On, Yung Wun, Mashonda, and Problem Child.
